Feeding baby – Stage Six (10 to 12 Months)

By this point, your baby should be eating almost everything. It is important to offer a variety of textures and flavors.

In my case, my baby is no longer eating the vegetable soup so I started feeding him homemade dinner meals at lunch time.

My pediatrician recommended that I start giving him some Fish. I haven’t done so because I feel more comfortable to wait a little more on this (I get scared with fish bones).

Here are links to some meals I introduced to my baby (I started using less salt and pepper in these meals to make them healthier for my baby).

Make sure to smash them well or blend if needed.

Red Lentil Soup

Chicken Lentil Soup

Sheikh al Mahshi

Green Beans and Chicken

Broccoli Stew

Spinach Stew

Stuffed Eggplant

Stuffed Potato

Stuffed Zucchini

Potato-Beef Gratin

Ground Beef Zucchini

Eggplant-Beef Gratin

Rice and Chicken

Chicken and Potato

Spinach Quiche (without Bacon)

Shepherd’s Pie Sweet Potato Style

Beef Stew with Peas, Carrots and Potatoes

Rice and Peas

Congratulations!! At the end of this stage, your baby will be a year old (woohoo).

This Stage feeding schedule is:

Wake up               Breast/Bottle

Noon                     Lunch Meal
