Marinated Chicken Breast Middle Eastern Style

I made this dish the other night as a change from the regular chicken and potato dish.  It has a nice spice to it. You can marinate it over night or at least four hours before baking. DSC02565 DSC02568Ingredients:

2 Big Potatoes

2 Onions

One tsp of Ground Cumin

2 Garlic Cloves

One tbsp of Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

How to Prepare:

Marinate the chicken breasts with the tomato paste, hot sauce, ground coriander, ground cumin, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper overnight.

I am intimidated with cumin and coriander because they are not common in my country’s cooking but I definitely want to try this dish. Thank you!
