Let’s make feeding fruits to toddlers more fun. With summer coming and my baby’s refusal to eat any fruits other than bananas, I decided to make him homemade popsicles that are fun as well as a healthy snack after running in the park for a couple of hours.
Ingredients:
2 Types of Fruits (I used Banana and Apple in one batch and Apple and Cantaloupe in another batch)
Water
How to Prepare:
Peel the Fruits.
Cut into small pieces.Boil the hard fruits (apple and cantaloupe) until soft.
Put in a blender with 1/4 cup of water and mix until watery.
Pour in a rubber tray or an ice cube tray.
Poke baby spoons or plastic in each section of the tray then place in a freezer for a few hours until frozen.
That is an awesome idea. I can’t wait to try that.
I love this idea, children end up with some rally healthy but still tasty totsicles. This is great!!!
Thanks! My baby totally enjoyed it and I was happy 🙂
Good idea, I’ll make some up for the grandkids 🙂
