Egg and Potato Baked Frittata

Egg and Potato Frittata is a nice dish to eat on a Sunday morning for breakfast or brunch. It is very easy to make and tastes very good.

Ingredients:

2 Potatoes

5 Eggs

Frying Oil

Salt and Pepper

How to Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.

Deep fry until soft

Grease an oven sheet

Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper then mix with the fried potatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes.
