Moroccan Tea

One of my favorite things about Morocco is Moroccan tea. It has become our daily beverage.

DSC05323Moroccan Tea is a mixture of green tea, mint leaves, and sugar. It is also easy to prepare. My favorite part is the art of pouring it and making bubbles.

Here’s how I make it.

It looks refreshing and yes, easy to prepare. Are those sugar cubes in the third photo?

Yes they are sugar cubes. They usually put more but I try not to add so much. Even though they add double the sugar that I use, they still stay thin. I’m trying to figure out there secret!
