How to Prepare:
Slice the onions and cut the garlic.
Prepare the tomato sauce by boiling the tomatoes for 5 to 7 minutes then peeling them and processing them in a food processor.
Cut the beef into cubes.
Melt one tablespoon of butter then add the onion and garlic and stir until they become soft.
Add the beef cubes with salt and pepper and cook on a low flame until the color changes to brown.
Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer until the sauce becomes thick and the beef cubes are well cooked for about 45 to 60 minutes.
